The visit at the Southwest Airlines HOU Terminal was a great experience. The terminal was neat, tidy, and well organized. The check-in and security process went smoothly, and the employees were helpful and friendly all along the way. There were many seats for passengers to sit on and many places where one could get some food to eat while waiting for the flight.
