Prolonged waiting periods only add difficulty to mental health uncertainty. A private psychiatric assessment becomes an option that gives an opportunity to get expert help without prolonging the period of waiting with symptoms affecting daily functioning.

A private psychiatric evaluation allows you to contact a specialist in a timely manner. This is especially relevant if anxiety, depression, problems with sleep, concentration issues, or intrusive thoughts interfere with professional or personal life. Early consultation does not mean necessarily taking medication, but it will give a professional opinion and information about available options.

As a result, there can be a diagnosis, an evidence-based working hypothesis, an evaluation, and a plan of action. As needed, it may include psychotherapy, medication, psychotherapy and medication together, or no treatment at all. At the same time, you have an opportunity to ask questions and get clarifications concerning any issue before moving on.

Psych2gether offers appointments remotely, which can accommodate your schedule. Besides, payment plans can facilitate getting specialist help. However, the main advantage is getting clear information about the situation and ways to resolve it.
