Tenant Eviction Service: Which Package Do You Need?
A tenant eviction service can cover anything from drafting one notice to running a defended court case. Paying for the wrong level is the commonest mistake landlords make.
Here is what each level includes.

Why fixed fees matter here
Possession work has a predictable shape until the tenant defends. Then it does not.
Hourly billing on a defended claim can run well past the cost of a fixed-fee contested package. Agreeing the fee upfront caps that risk.
