1. This product is made of corrosion and acid resistant SUS316L and SUS304 stainless steel.
2. Fully automatic laser welding is adopted. The weld seam is beautiful and clean, free of weld beading, welding slag and air holes. The tightness is relatively good, and the pressure can be 0.6Mpa.
3. The electrolytic polishing process developed by our company can completely remove the blue and red stains of the weld seam generated during the welding process inside the container, essentially solving the problem of the internal finish of the barrel, enabling the weld seam and the barrel to achieve the mirror effect at the same time, and ensuring the long-term and safe use of the product.
