AviaGames Named Finalist at the 2026 Shorty Awards for Wonderland Wishes Campaign
AviaGames has been recognized as a finalist in the 2026 Shorty Awards under the Video Series category for its Wonderland Wishes campaign. This recognition highlights how the company continues to combine interactive gameplay with meaningful real-world impact through its flagship title, Solitaire Clash.
The Wonderland Wishes campaign stood out by connecting in-game participation with charitable contributions. Players earned Wish Stars by joining tournaments and completing in-game activities. These stars were then converted into real donations, resulting in a total contribution of $136,000 to Foster Love. The funds supported foster youth through care packages, bikes, clothing, and other essential items.
Beyond the numbers, the campaign focused heavily on storytelling and community engagement. AviaGames collaborated with foster care advocate Leo Gonzalez, helping bring authenticity and wider reach to the initiative. The campaign also included video content and a live community event in Los Angeles, where volunteers assembled care packages for foster children.
Another key element was the “Beyond the Game” video series, which featured real player stories. One of the highlighted stories was Laura, a transplant survivor and single mother, whose experience added a personal and emotional layer to the campaign.
Being named a finalist at the Shorty Awards reflects how campaigns like Wonderland Wishes can go beyond traditional marketing. Instead of focusing only on promotion, it created a shared experience between players and a cause, showing how mobile games can bring communities together in meaningful ways.
