Bharat Sevashram Sangha, well known as a philanthropic organization of India, decided to setup a 500 bedded multidisciplinary general hospital at southern Kolkata considering the local need on the one side, and making a medical institution of excellence in the state-of-art technology, on the other. The Sangha envisions making a medical platform for the medical professionals from Kolkata and different parts of the country and abroad with temperament for dedicated service to work together for the poor, needy and distressed people of the lower and middle strata society.
