You hit early red maps, open the Atlas tree, and realize the popular endgame setup would cost half your points just to function. That's the POE 3.29 trap. Your first tree shouldn't chase maximum POE currency per map while your build is still missing DPS, defenses, and map sustain; it should get you into stable tier-fourteen mapping with as little friction as possible.
